Description

【PERFECT FIT & LEAK-PROOF】 Engineered for standard 6-inch ducts, this hooded wall vent features an 8-1/4 inch long pipe that connects securely to both rigid metal and flexible ducting, ensuring a perfect, leak-proof fit for your dryer vent or range hood exhaust.

【EASY TO CLEAN SCREEN & QUIET DAMPER】 The bird-proof steel mesh screen is designed for easy maintenance. Simply use a Phillips screwdriver to open and easily clean the lint without removing the entire dryer vent cover outside. The spring-loaded damper with foam gasket opens for maximum airflow and closes tightly to block backdrafts, pests, and reduce operating noise.

【COMPLETE KIT, TOOL-FREE INSTALLATION】 Get a professional seal right out of the box. This wall exhaust vent cover comes with 4 pre-drilled holes, screws, and heavy-duty aluminum foil tape for a tool-free installation that takes minutes. No drilling required.

【HEAVY-DUTY & WEATHER-RESISTANT】 Constructed from 28-gauge galvanized steel, this exterior wall vent hood is built to last. It resists rust, corrosion, and withstands extreme weather conditions, providing a durable wall exhaust vent cover for years of reliable service.

【WHOLE-HOUSE VENTILATION SOLUTION】 A versatile solution for optimal airflow throughout your home. Ideal as an outside dryer vent, bathroom exhaust fan vent, kitchen range hood vent, garage exhaust, or for basement, shed, and AC unit ventilation.

The Hooded Wall Vent with Screen and Damper can be used for a variety of air exhaust applications such as bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, and more. This vent allows for less restriction of air flow with its large open mouth design. It comes with a 1/4 inch removable screen that makes cleaning out debris a breeze. The spring loaded damper with gasket ensures a tight seal that prevents outside air or critters from coming inside the home. This vent features an 8 inch extension that easily attaches to solid metal pipe or flexible ducting. The Hooded Wall Vent with Screen and Damper is quality constructed from heavy duty 28-gauge steel.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $14 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Solarisync products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
