Designed to fit leading 5-gallon COMMERCIAL cold brew coffee systems and most 5-gallon buckets.
Brewing Instructions:
For best results, use coarse grounds.
1| Insert one commercial filter into the 5-gallon brewing container.
2| Pour 5 pounds (2 kg) of coarse-ground coffee into the filter.
3| Slowly pour 14 quarts of filtered cool water into the filter, making sure to saturate all the coffee grounds.
4| Tie the bag closed. Leave plenty of room for the coffee to move around.
5| Cover the lid and let brew for 12-24 hours.
6| Drain concentrate into a storage container.
7| Carefully remove the filter with grounds from the brewing container. Dispose of filter and grounds. Rinse container and air-dry for reuse.
