1.  Start the drill at high speed

2.  Let the tip of the core drill bit to touch the surface on 45 degrees angle to get a start cut with minimum bit walking

3.  After a small cut is made on the surface.  move the drill bit up-right slowly and wobble it to extract the debris

4.  As it will produce heat drilling hard materials, giving the bit time to cool between holes will help to keep it sharp for a longer time
