Power Off Check: Turn off the device, remove the battery, and ensure no external power is connected. 2. Battery Slot Check: Confirm the slot is intact and undeformed. Keep contact points clean and unworn. Ensure the battery model matches the device. 4. Cleaning Check: Remove dust and debris from the slot and contacts. Wipe off slight oxidation to keep the contact surface clean. 5. Installation & Fitting Check: Slide the battery in horizontally until a ��click�� locking sound is heard. Shake and pull the battery slightly to confirm no looseness. 6. Power-on Test Check: Run the device with no load for a short time. Confirm no intermittent power failure, abnormal heat, odor or sparking before normal use. 2.Standard Battery Installation Guide. Step 1: Align the Position Hold the battery pack and locate the metal conductive strips on its side. Line them up with the conductive copper plates inside the battery slot of the machine handle/body. Identify the anti-reverse lug inside the slot to avoid reverse insertion. Step 2: Slide in Horizontally and Smoothly Keep the battery parallel to the slot and push it forward steadily. Do not tilt or force hard during the process to prevent bending the internal spring copper contacts. Step 3: Lock the Snap Buckle Push the battery all the way in until a clear ""click"" sound is heard, indicating full contact and locking. If no click sound occurs, slightly pull the battery back and realign before pushing again. Never press the battery forcibly. Step 4: Static Fit Inspection Grip the machine with one hand, and pull the battery left, right, up and down firmly with the other hand. The battery shall not shift, loosen or fall off. Step 5: Trial Operation to Inspect Connection Points Switch on the machine and run it under no load for 30 seconds, and check two items as follows: 1. The machine shall not shut down accidentally or cut power intermittently during operation. 2. No abnormal overheating, burnt odor or sparking noise occurs at the joint between the battery and machine body. Supplementary Disassembly Steps Power off the equipment first, press the release button on the side of the battery, then slide the battery out horizontally. Do not yank the battery directly without unlocking.
