Description
Complete Theme Assortment: includes 14 coordinated pieces for a construction birthday display, with six orange cone shaped molded candles, two excavator vehicle decorations, one coconut palm tree, and five barricades; The assortment combines candle and scene elements in one package, allowing a layered roadwork layout on a cake or dessert table while keeping each component separate for flexible positioning around frosting, lettering, and serving space
Material and Reuse Details: cone shaped birthday candles are made from wax for lighting on the cake, while the excavators, palm tree, and barricades are molded plastic decorations for non edible display use; The separate plastic pieces can be repositioned during setup and stored after the event for another themed celebration, helping parents and party planners build a coordinated construction scene without relying on one fixed topper arrangement
Size Planning for Displays: Cone candles measure about 2 inches high by 1.2 inches wide, the palm tree is about 5.5 inches high, excavator pieces are about 5.3 inches long by 2.4 inches high by 1.7 inches wide, and barricades are about 4 inches high by 1.2 inches wide. These dimensions help buyers plan spacing on round or sheet cakes and decide how many pieces to place on top while leaving room for candles, lettering, and serving cuts
Flexible Scene Arrangement: Independent pieces can be placed around frosting, cake boards, or dessert table areas to create a roadwork layout that fits the available space. Use the excavator decorations as truck cake topper accents, position barricades as scene dividers, and place the palm tree as a height element. The movable format lets party planners adjust the display for different cake shapes, serving areas, and construction themed birthday setups
Theme and Occasion Fit: Designed for construction birthday party supplies, roadwork celebrations, building zone themes, and vehicle focused dessert displays. The mix of excavators, traffic style cones, barricades, and a palm tree creates a recognizable jobsite layout without requiring a fixed arrangement. Suitable for birthday cakes, party tables, family gatherings, themed events, and other occasions where construction cake decorations match the planned setup

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $1 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for BBTO products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
