10L0L Fuel Siphon Pickup Tube for Club Car DS 1992-up, Precedent 2005-2008 Gas Golf Cart, with Shut-Off Valve, Replace OEM 1018969-01, 101896901, 6725, 8969
Q: Why does my cart sputter or starve for fuel even with gas in the tank?
A: A cracked or clogged pickup tube can't draw fuel properly. This fresh tube restores consistent fuel flow from the tank to the engine, so your cart runs smooth without stuttering or stalling.
Q: How does the shut-off valve save me from a mess when I need to work on the fuel system?
A: The inline shut-off stops fuel flow completely before the line. When you disconnect hoses or change filters, you block the gas at the source instead of draining the tank or getting soaked.
Q: How does the corrosion-resistant material help this tube last longer than the stock one?
A: Constant exposure to fuel and moisture breaks down cheap plastic over time. This tube resists that corrosion, so it won't crack, swell, or degrade inside the tank like the original eventually does.
Q: Can I swap this in without dropping the fuel tank or pulling a bunch of parts?
A: Yes, it's designed as a direct replacement. Access the old pickup tube through the tank opening, pull it out, and slide the new one in. Basic hand tools get it done without major disassembly.
Q: How do I know if this fits my Precedent year—2005 to 2008 is a narrow range?
A: Check your cart's model year before ordering. DS 1992-up and Precedent 2005-2008 use this specific pickup tube. Outside those years, the tank design or tube length may differ and won't seal correctly.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $2 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for 10L0L products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
