Never use a power tool to tighten or loosen any part of the tool at any time.
Each procedure performed using this tool can only be done manually using the included slider or 14 mm wrench. Do not use wrench extension rods or circuit breaker rods. Doing so may damage the tool.
Make sure the tools are clean before each use. Tool threads should be lubricated to ensure smooth and to provide tactility for any restraints or excessive tension when in use.When breaking chains of 520 or larger sizes, it is recommended (but not required) to grind off rivet heads of chain roller pins. Doing so minimizes pressure on the tool and helps reduce the chance of damaging the breaker pin.
