Sigma 135mm f/1.8 DG HSM | Art - F-mount (for Nikon) Camera Lens — Refurbished, 15% Off

The Sigma 135mm f/1.8 DG HSM | Art is a pinnacle of optical engineering, specifically designed to meet the demands of modern 50MP+ high-resolution sensors. As part of Sigma’s legendary Art line, this Nikon F-mount telephoto prime combines a versatile 135mm focal length with an incredibly bright f/1.8 aperture, making it a favorite for portrait, wedding, and studio photographers.

Uncompromising Image Quality
This lens utilizes a sophisticated optical design consisting of 13 elements in 10 groups. By incorporating two FLD (F Low Dispersion) and two SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements, it effectively eliminates chromatic aberrations and color fringing. The result is clinical sharpness and exceptional contrast, even when shooting wide open at f/1.8.

Masterful Bokeh and Subject Isolation
The combination of a long focal length and a wide f/1.8 aperture creates a shallow depth of field that makes subjects "pop" from the background.

9-Blade Rounded Diaphragm: Produces smooth, circular out-of-focus highlights for a creamy and professional bokeh effect.

Compression Effect: The 135mm reach provides flattering facial compression, ideal for high-end headshots and fashion photography.

Built for Performance
Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM): A redesigned large-scale motor provides ample torque for fast and near-silent autofocus, while an optimized AF algorithm ensures stable tracking.

Electromagnetic Diaphragm: The Nikon mount version features an electromagnetic mechanism for more precise and consistent exposure control during high-speed continuous shooting.

Weather-Resistant Build: Constructed using Thermally Stable Composite (TSC) material and featuring a dust- and splash-proof brass bayonet mount, this lens is built to withstand rigorous professional use in various environments.

Professional Customization
The lens is fully compatible with the Sigma USB Dock, allowing photographers to update firmware and fine-tune focus settings to match their specific camera body, ensuring peak performance for every shoot.
