[Function] AC Control Valve is use to regulate refrigerant flow and control compressor operation on some automotive air conditioning system, helps reduce power loss by matching compressor output to cooling requirements, and it can acts like an electronic clutch to turning the compressor on/off as needed in some systems. If the system is turned off or overheats, the valve may close to stop refrigerant circulation.
[Reliable Quality] Adopt with reliable metal body for corrosion resistance, heat dissipation, withstand high pressure, durability against vibration and wear. The control valve may fail due to like coil burnout, seal degradation, or debris clogging, please aware of the valve's situation.
[Installation] 1. Disconnect the negative battery, MUST recover refrigerant using an AC recovery machine. 2. Locate the Solenoid Valve on the compressor body, remove the electrical connector then remove the old solenoid valve. 3. Replace the O-ring/seal on the old solenoid if damaged and lubricate it. Then install the New Solenoid Valve. 4. Recharge the AC System with the correct refrigerant type and amount. 5.Test the System if ac work.
[Package] Include 1x AC compressor control solenoid valve. Please check and replace the valve if met ac weak or no cooling, Inconsistent cooling performance, unusual noises from the compressor, check engine light or AC system codes (e.g., P0532, P0533).
