First, put the knob straight out.
Then turn the knob with 8 thickness settings.
Adjustment knob setting, and repeat the surface pressing operation until the desired thickness is reached.
Easy Install
Insert attachment shaft housing into the attachment hub, making certain the power shaft fits into the square hub socket. If necessary, rotate the Pasta Roller or Cutter back and forth. The pin on the attachment housing fits into the notch of the hub rim when in the proper position.
Water Washable
After pasta roller are washed with water, please clean the surface with soft towels and let it dry naturally.
Note: Do not clean it in the dishwasher or do not sanitize it in disinfection cabinet!
