The dual wall heat shrink tube has great electrical insulation and excellent sealing, suitable for wire connection, protection and insulation of cable end, wiring harness and electronic components, and electrical DIY.
Length: 4.5 Meters/15 Feet; Diameter Before Shrink: 19mm / 3/4 inch; Ratio: 4:1.
The heat shrink tube is a 4:1 heat shrink ratio and will shrink to the original 1/4. When the adhesive-lined tube is heated, the adhesive in the inner layer shrinks will melt at the same time as the tube shrinks, the adhesive flows to stuff the small space between the heat shrink and the object after the tubing and adhesive has cooled down, becoming an IP68 waterproof seal.
Steps of installation:1.Prepare heat shrink tube and cut it to the length you want; 2. Put the wire in the heat shrink tube ; 3. Shrink with a heat gun.
When using the heat gun to heat, pay attention to moving back and forth to make the heat shrink tube heated evenly. All size above is measured manually, please allow a +/-1/2 inch error.
