Description

The LG 55NU700BPUA is a 55-inch 4K UHD smart TV from LG's 2026 NANO 4K UHD lineup. It is built around the alpha7 AI Processor 4K Gen9 for sharper upscaling and more natural contrast, making it a solid everyday choice for streaming, movies, and casual gaming.

Picture quality benefits from the alpha7 AI Processor 4K Gen9, which drives Nano Detail Enhancer for lifelike texture and depth, HDR10 Pro for brighter highlights and deeper shadows with frame-by-frame tone mapping, and 4K Super Upscaling that brings lower-resolution content closer to native 4K.

The TV runs LG's webOS platform with an AI Hub powered by Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, giving a smarter and more personalized way to search, browse, and control the TV. LG Channels adds free live and on-demand content with no subscription or set-top box needed, and FILMMAKER MODE preserves the director's intended colour, motion, and aspect ratio.

Virtual 9.1.2 Ch Sound uses AI upscaling to emulate a surround sound experience without extra speakers.

Gaming is supported with up to 60Hz VRR, ALLM, and HGiG mode, plus Bluetooth Ultra Low Latency Controller support for cloud gaming.

The TV features LG's Linear Flow Design with a modern metallic finish designed to complement any living space, and is backed by the webOS Re:New Program, which makes it eligible for free software upgrades for up to 5 years.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $180 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for LG products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
