Leica Q2 Monochrom - Digital Camera — Refurbished, 15% Off

The Leica Q2 Monochrom is a dedicated precision instrument engineered exclusively for the art of grayscale imaging. By removing the color filter array (CFA) found in conventional sensors, the Q2 Monochrom captures "true" light levels at every pixel, eliminating the need for color interpolation and resulting in significantly higher resolution, lower noise, and a broader dynamic range than its color-capable counterparts. Housed in a discreet, matte-black magnesium body without the iconic red Leica dot, it embodies a minimalist philosophy that keeps the focus entirely on the "decisive moment".Unrivaled Monochrome Performance47.3MP Full-Frame Monochrome Sensor: Developed specifically for this camera, the sensor produces exceptionally sharp images with 13 stops of dynamic range and remarkable clarity even at extreme ISO settings.Legendary Summilux Optics: The fixed 28mm f/1.7 ASPH. lens is optically matched to the sensor to provide corner-to-corner sharpness and creamy bokeh. A simple twist of the lens ring engages a dedicated Macro Mode with a close-focus distance of just 17cm.Digital Frame Selector: Built-in crop modes allow you to simulate focal lengths of 35mm, 50mm, and 75mm. While JPEGs are saved at the cropped resolution, the full 47.3MP DNG (RAW) file is always preserved for maximum post-processing flexibility.Built for the FieldWeather-Sealed Durability: With an IP52 rating, the Q2 Monochrom is protected against dust and spray water, making it a reliable companion for reportage in unpredictable weather conditions.High-Resolution OLED Viewfinder: The 3.68M-dot OLED EVF offers an immersive, lag-free preview of the scene with superior contrast and depth in black and white.Responsive Speed: Featuring a snappy contrast-based autofocus system that locks in less than 0.15 seconds and high-speed burst shooting at up to 10 fps, the camera is built to keep pace with fast-moving street action.Advanced Video and Connectivity4K Cinematic Video: Capture soulful black-and-white footage in 4K UHD (30/24 fps) or Cine4K (24 fps). High-speed recording at up to 120 fps in Full HD is also supported for dramatic slow-motion effects.Leica FOTOS Integration: Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE allow for seamless image transfer, remote shutter control, and mobile editing via the Leica FOTOS app.Extended Battery Life: Utilizing the high-capacity BP-SCL4 battery, the camera is CIPA-rated for 350 shots, though efficient power management often yields significantly more in real-world shooting scenarios.
