Laowa 35mm f/2.8 Zero-D Tilt-Shift 0.5x Macro Lens - Z-mount Camera Lens — Refurbished, 24% Off

The Venus Optics Laowa 35mm f/2.8 Zero‑D Tilt‑Shift 0.5x Macro Lens - Z‑mount is a versatile, manual focus tilt-shift macro prime designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras with a Z-mount, combining perspective control with close-up capabilities in a single optic. Its Zero-D (Zero Distortion) optical design delivers sharp, geometrically accurate images with minimal distortion — especially useful for architectural and interior photography.

The lens offers ±10° tilt to manipulate the plane of focus for creative depth-of-field effects or extended focus without focus stacking, and ±12 mm shift to correct perspective distortions (e.g., converging verticals). With a 0.5× macro reproduction ratio and about 22.8 cm minimum focus distance, it excels for tabletop and product work.

Featuring an f/2.8–f/22 aperture range, a 15-blade diaphragm for pleasing bokeh, and 14 elements in 12 groups with APO elements that minimise chromatic aberrations, this lens delivers strong overall image quality. A 77 mm filter thread allows direct use of screw-in filters, and a rotating tilt-shift mechanism with 360° orientation makes composing flexible and efficient.

Weighing around 1,350 g with sturdy build quality and water/dirt-repellent coating on the front element, this lens is ideal for photographers seeking fine control over perspective, focus plane, and macro detail in architectural, landscape, and creative studio environments.
