• FITMENT – DESIGNED FOR 3"x10" FLOOR VENT OPENINGS Fits a nominal 3"x10" floor vent opening (duct opening). Exact cut-outs are rarely exactly 3.00" x 10.00" – a slightly larger or smaller opening is normal. If your vent opening is closest to 3"x10" when measured inside edge to inside edge, this is the correct size. The damper box is slightly smaller than 3"x10" and the faceplate is larger to cover rough or uneven edges. Our damper box dimensions are 2.88" x 9.81" and the top faceplate is approximately 4.05" x 10.94"

• HOW TO MEASURE – MEASURE THE HOLE, NOT THE OLD REGISTER Remove your existing register and measure the vent opening in the floor, inside edge to inside edge. Round to the nearest standard size (3"x10", 4"x10", 4"x12", etc.). Do not measure the outside of your old register – that will give you the wrong size and lead to ordering the wrong part.

• MATCHING FLOOR INSERT – LOW-PROFILE, INTEGRATED LOOK Center tray is designed to accept a cut piece of your matching flooring (not included). Use the provided template to trace and cut the insert, then drop it into the tray so the vent visually blends into your floor, leaving only a clean reveal around the perimeter for airflow.
