Please clean all food-contact parts before first use and after each use. 5 Stainless Steel Nozzles: Comes with multiple nozzle styles for making different jerky strips, meat sticks, sausages, and salami-style shapes. Please check the included nozzle shapes before use. Manual Filling Handle: The hand-operated handle allows controlled meat filling without an electric machine. The included meat pusher helps press ground meat into the barrel before filling. Use Note: For better jerky forming results, use lean ground meat and mix evenly before filling. If the meat mixture is too fatty or too loose, the jerky strips may separate during drying or cooking. How to use:
1. Press the rear tab and pull the lever out
2. Filled the sausage stuffer barrel with meat and press the meat tight with the meat pusher
3. Select a nozzle and tighten the cap
4. Press the trigger to enema sausage or release the perfect meat jerky
