How To Use:
Direct installation and use

Note

1. Nozzle tightening: Use a special wrench to gently turn the nozzle clockwise, with the torque controlled within 1.5 to 2 N·m. Do not tighten it too tightly to prevent thread loosening, heating block cracking, and nozzle deformation. Do not loosen it too much to avoid material leakage and clearance blockage.
2. When operating components that involve heating, be extremely careful of the high temperature and do not touch the heating blocks and nozzles with your hands.
3. Cable inspection: After the first power-on, closely observe for any smoke, unusual odors or abnormal overheating. If any abnormalities are detected, immediately cut off the power and conduct an inspection.
4. When printing for the first time, it is recommended to use PLA consumables. You can print a simple test block or temperature tower to check the inter-layer adhesion, extrusion uniformity and surface quality.
5. The advantage of the hardened steel nozzle is that it can print wear-resistant consumables filled with carbon fibers, glass fibers, metal powders, etc. However, its thermal conductivity is slightly lower than that of copper. When printing ordinary PLA/PETG, a printing temperature that is 5-10°C higher than the original may be required. Please determine the optimal temperature through the temperature tower test.
