TIPS BEFORE USING CAST IRON POT:
1. First of all, clean the pot with warm water, remove the dust and oil on the surface.
2. Put the cast iron pot in the oven, at a temperature of about 392℉, dry for about 30 minutes to remove water.
3. Apply a thin layer of oil wax to the surface of the cast iron pan, and then put it in the oven at about 482℉, bake for about 2 hours to remove the chemical substances on the surface of the cast iron pan.
4. After the surface of the cast iron pan is cooled, blot the oil wax on the surface with kitchen paper.
