Size: ER-40 Hex Collet Block(approx. 50*75mm); ER-40 Square Collet Block(approx. 45*80mm).
Treatment process: Finish Machining, Smooth Grinding, Polishing; excellent performance and more precision than other ordinary Collet Chuck.
Material: Made of steel, sturdy and high abrasion resistance, stable and practical in performance.
Application: For parallel, square or hex shapes as well as for cross hole drilling at 60, 90 or 120 degrees.
Accuracy: Flatness, parallelism and sureness within 0.0005-inch.
Note: Collet nut is machined off center for installation of the Spring Collet. Before you tighten up collet nut, Spring Collet should be fitted into the nut.
